• Radius Cutter

Our radius cutter handles jobs that require extra precision when forming smooth curves and angles. While many forms are able to be cut manually with our vertical saws, the radius cutter provides a block to keep a cut's angle and depth consistent, and the blade maintains even balance along a 90° edge. After trimming all sides of the product, it is turned over and the process is repeated, resulting in a uniform radius.

The radius cutter features a self-tensioning .005 inch stainless steel blade and a vertically adjustable cutting area, able to cut in a range of thicknesses from 3 to 7 inches. With a table area of 48 inches by 33 inches, we are able to fabricate seat cushions in nearly any size. We also use the radius cutter to make sponges for an array of purposes.

NOTE: Rough edges and markings will be cleaned for any and all finished products.
